I will save up I guess. then this is my next question in the path of spending money wisely: my MTB right now have a 2.1" knobby tires (from compass). Im sure they work and are sturdy, but will there be a big difference if I change it to 1.5" slick tires? like in speed, handling, etc... I can already comfortably reach around 30km or slightly higher with my current bike. my rim is 49.53mm so I think it can fit 1.5".

thank u. streets are pretty bad when it comes to bumpiness and potholes, unless I limit myself to bike in the downtown areas, which I cant' always do.
since I bought MTB first time in my life I was so surprised it cant install fenders/racks easily. previously few months ago I bought 700cc touring bike and it had holes to setup fenders + front and rear racks. can you take a look at my bike and say whether I can install both? I would love to have a rear basket that can store my backpack, and something like a lid or a cover for it.
