Very jealous and protective, seems cute at first but it gets old real quick. To the point that you can't even show basic politeness to any female under 40 while she's around, nor have female friends even if they live on the other side of the planet, nor be too friendly with her friends, this one's the worst, it's such a fine line between a fun night out to full blown anger and days of brooding, especially when out drinking.
She'll be going through your phone all the time. Then there's other shit like ghosts and superstition that you eventually learn to not bother arguing with because it's not worth it. All that said I've never felt more loved than with viet gf's, they have some magic sauce that can't be described.
Will get plenty of action if you do ok in the west, just dress well rather than look like a bum backpacker and learn some basic local norms like "eat rice yet". Will go a long way.
For waifu/long term gf it's definitely a bigger advantage being white than short term flings where it will be more about money/walking fashion accessory for them.
You have to understand how that even marrying a le tradwife memester from the west offers a huge amount of freedom compared to marrying into a Viet family where she'll be expected to now cook/clean/care for the husbands parents for the rest of their lives. Viet women have it tough after marriage, it's unreal how much is expected of them.

It's simple enough, only issue I had was some machines randomly denying me cash despite locals using it, also many won't let me take the max so end up getting 1mil out for a 55,000 fee, which is $2 so whatever, but the principle of a paying a 5% fee for cash is annoying.
