I don't think you know what logical entailments are, Sparky.
If time is required for foresight, and you want to waste no time thinking, then you necessarily want to minimize your foresight. That's an easy mathematical equation.
But I assume I have you beat on the "regret" thing since you're not even addressing it anymore. To recap: You've agreed that Sonic can make mistakes, reflect on them, and wish he hadn't made them. The only key factor is that he's proactive while doing so, except that proactiveness doesn't prevent either the mistake or the regret, and you've essentially agreed with this.
So Sonic CAN regret and he CAN wish he had gone a different path. That's one step towards him changing, and I'll take that minor W.
