Everyone in vtubing knows what's going on with Aster, and they must finally have come to the realization how damaged EN is. Listing any NDA worth-terminating reason was also not possible, even just saying "she broke NDA".

My best guess is that they haven't come up with a good wording for it, yet. Realistically, they could handle it just as they did with Twisty, issuing a brief but cleverly worded statement like:
>"An internal investigation has revealed that Aster Arcadia engaged in serious problematic behavior. Following a thorough review by our team of lawyers, board of directors, and HR, his immediate termination was requested."
No direct mention of SA, but this is honestly a double edge sword while being the best, this is a no way out.
