Just leave everything default pretty much and you can try some of the features and decide if you like it but most of it is a meme.
These are some notable ones in the gaming graphics tab you may or may not want to use
Radeon image sharpening can be nice and make games look a bit sharper obviously
AFMF 2.1 is framegen but I'd only use it if there is no in-game framegen
Anti lag reduces latency a little bit but only in gpu bound scenarios
Radeon chill is dumb if you use it the way it's explained but if you set the minimum and max fps to the same value it will work as an fps cap
Enhanced Sync let's you run games at fps higher than your monitors refresh rate to get the reduced latency and input lag benefit without screeb tearing, useful perhaps if you tryhard esports slop like valorant or whatever garbage and want every advantage you can get.
If you have a 9000 series gpu you'll also have the option to override fsr4 into approved fsr3.1 games here that are on the compatibility list, this list also has the games that support anti lag 2 (there are not many) which is better than normal anti lag in the adrenalin software and you should use it instead.

Adrenalin let's you make game profiles so you can have these enabled on a per game basis for the ones where you like using them and not in the ones you don't.
