Serbocroatians introduced the dogshit version of dolma with beef wrapped in sauerkraut into my country. Disgusting eastoid povertyslop. Only they (and Romanians) worship this dish and consider it a symbol of their ethnic identity. It has now become traditional here to eat sarma for NYE, with added sauerkraut on the plate. Who WANTS to eat sour food? I'd rather have some nugs.
