I wouldn't be surprised if being chinks or asians in general had something to do with it when I remember people being butthurt about male MC in some GBF collab, or now when I heard chinks being buttblasted by some NPC in story, but not by Klukai turning gameplay into joke. Like what the fuck, what are those priorities? Do they really enjoy haremshit where everyone jerks you off? When I saw every character treating you as second coming of god in WuWa I only felt cringe.

Enemy AI is dumb in almost every game. That's why I'm always in favor of hordeslaying gameplay where fun and challenge comes not from avoiding some OHKO nukes, beating damage sponges etc, but from not getting overwhelmed by mobs. Fire Emblem AI is also dumb but because of much bigger amount of enemies you don't feel like it matters that much. If you don't have something that can enemy-phase everything, you actually move in a way that lets you take what you can while still moving forward.

Anon, that's the whole point of using terrain: to gain advantage. If anything, this is the the least thing you should complain about.
Tanks being unable to perform their role is much bigger offender when it comes to early design. But yeah, I think that having accuracy could make gameplay better and would make more strats/doll designs/builds viable. Obviously sweaty ones would complain and reset for chances, but it'd be fine if you could improve your chances by actually using strats to reposition into better tiles. It also incentivies you to move forward. Just like tighter turn limits would incentivize people to move and make challenges other than DPS check. They already have evacuation/escort goals, they just don't utilize them well enough.
Fixing it would be easier if they just nerfed Kluk, but since they won't, it will require establishing new base at around at least v3 Kluk and more effort in map and enemy placement designs.
