The thing about Mario characters is that even if Bowser Peach were just around for a single boss battle in Odyssey, they could easily include her in all spin-offs forever, considering how they disregard any kind of story sense with stuff like Baby Mario, Metal Mario and Dry Bowser as separate characters. There's also no "bad human girl" in the Mario cast so she'd have an obvious niche.
