This is the best one I've seen. But the upgrade system is such a crapshoot that getting one this good was a slim chance. Between the FAS and blessings, you had to "win" 8(7 if you altered) rolls of RNG. Then there's the micro RNG of high rolling your refinement stones on top( at least you can retry these).
