>By not riding Ruby's rod until he stops being a gay doomer baka?
Sapphire sitting and having Fug's massive, long phallic body running right between her thighs while Ruby stands behind her, staring at her fat ass for 3 chapters straight was literally just a visual metaphor for Ruby and Sapphire having heterosexual sex. Presumably in doggy style. Could also be a hint at the size of Ruby's schlong. You thought they were positioned on Fug like that by accident?
Just kidding, they're waiting till marriage. Which happens 2 chapters later anyway. Ruby admitting he sees the space mission as a suicide mission, but wanting to go with Sapphire anyway so they'd at least die together, represents him finally no longer fleeing from their relationship commitment (after 4 years of him being a retarded coward). Ruby asking Sapphire to go to space with him was a metaphorical marriage proposal, and them wearing the ORAS contest outfits together were their metaphorical wedding outfits. Fug deciding on its own to take them both to space was a metaphor for their wedding/marriage being officiated (a union recognized by god/Rayquaza). This one's more of a stretch but Ruby/Sapphire destroying the meteor, then getting lost in orbit for awhile thinking they'll die together, could represent the consummation of their marriage (literal sexual climax, the "small death" especially at the part where the meteor explodes). The ORAS arc was such a rushed shitshow that all its good/interesting parts ended up buried in subtext and metaphors. So most readers will naturally only notice the shit parts and product shilling, fail to understand what's going on, then drop the series (good idea desu).
