I don't like the lockout idea very much, but the 50/50 one sounds really fun since it forces you to think harder about what to bring from your secondary prof and will motivate people to experiment with their builds more.

Also I'm the euro who played with you guys during the Factions and Paragon prog, I remember we first tried for 3PM EST and on a different weekday schedule but we ended up losing half the US players if not more, so I decided to join you for the 7PM EST schedule instead since I was the only EU player anyway.

It worked for a bit but having to wake up(combined with my health problems) at 2 AM to play with you until 4-5 in the morning eventually wore me out and I couldn't complete both progs. Looks like we're getting more EU bros (fun) signing up this time around though, and the majority is available earlier on weekends so maybe I'll be able to play to completion this time around if the schedule is more EU friendly
