Bike shop guy said my bike is worth $100 on Craigslist and $20 trade in

What is wrong with these guys? Steel frame and fork with all campy components. Do they just get off on disrespecting people?

But there are a lot of issues so I’m gonna get a new bike. Should I go single speed?
