Wuk has blood on her hands, that blood could be Sphene's for all we know and Wuk was holding her chest/ her wound and then getting all upset and angry.
I don't think it was Wuks blood and I do think they're going to cuckshed Sphene in 7.3 either kill her off or have her take up the mantle of Queen of Alexandria where she now feels responsible for the people in Solution 9 and Heritage Found.
I fear we are stuck with Wuk as Yoshida wants to explore her character rmore.
