Aside from Ice Beam it also has Discarge and Psychic.
Also Aqua Volt seems to be a Water type move with a chance to inflict paralysis (basically a Scald-like move)
Well shit, nothing in the team has the bulk, the speed or the damage dealing capabilities to deal with Starmie and the only Electric type avaliable is Pichu (got a soothe bell before so maybe adding a Pikachu wouldn't be a bad idea)
