I mean there's two approaches to solving this as the player.
A. level the shit out of everything
B. throw away all trash weapons, as with a few drifter intrinsics you are guaranteed to get at least weapon of each type and a frame from your arsenal.

Either way it's only a problem for shitters (same with ETA/EDA)
