I'm happy with the new event. I think no quest/cinematics don't make it feel cheap. it's just an mmo game grind event. the world is reused assets but it feels new enough. I like the new music. overall it all feels new enough to me and I'm happy with it. not sure if I care for warframe's story direction still but as long as we're moving away from 1999 it's kind of promising.

Yeah, but the problem isn't whether it's doable or not.
Every single person has some sort of preferred playstyle or fantasy thus will gravitate towards them and want to use them, most people don't find it enjoyable when they're forced to use shit they don't like and even worse, have low chance of even getting stuff they do like.
Not to mention, having to use random shit instead of the things you've spent time, energy and resources on to upgrade it as much as possible is annoying as well.

I honestly don't really know about the damage the shots themselves do but the percentage is just the chance to apply the status effect.
Headshot multipliers get applied at the end. So if you have a weapon with a 2x CD mult and slot Vital Sense for 120% more CD, the weapon ends up at 4.2x CD. Headshot multipliers are 3x IIRC so you'll end up with 4.2*3=12.6.

Rhino is one of the best frames in the game. Iron Skin protects from more CC that Prime Sure Footed (so add the benefits of THAT freed up mod slot to what you get from Iron Skin too) and Mesmer Skin, recasting your Overguard with Reinforcing Stomp is superior to recasting Mesmer Skin because all you GET is the skin recast, not the Stomp CC that Rhino gets. Plus if you mess up, Mesmer can be bypassed by some forms of damage, it just can't kill you, so if you slip to and don't recast you might instantly die, but Overguard? Overguard gets it's own shield gate. Ironclad Charge not only gets him more defense, in terms of armor and Overguard, it ragdolls enemies, and you get the bonus benefit of his enormous codpiece making everyone else feel as inadequate as they really are. The only thing he lacks is mobility.

Oraxia and Operation Eight claw is a massive W. Cheers DE for such a unique and awesome frame.

First off I’m in the minority here, but I think operation eight claw has phenomenal value. You get to farm drifter intrinsics, pathos clamps, arcanes and mats for Oraxia and pity for her weapons and herself. Plus a new Scythe Incarnon? Hell yeah!

The random choice of Warframes doesn't even bother me, as I get to play just that. The superior Warframe gameplay, which is way more fun and coherent than the drifter gameplay.

As with anything initial bugs may appear, but I know they will be ironed out sooner or later. It may be limited content to some, but I’m enjoying it.

Now as for Oraxia herself. I got to test her in Isleweaver as a random frame pick and she just felt right.

Her movement is silky smooth and the way she can latch from wall to wall is amazing.

Can’t wait to use her in other missions when I acquire all her parts, which shouldn’t take too long.

and I use rainmeter / droptopfour, for the top taskbar which just gives me some cool extra features like drop down folder menus, a better calendar, it shows what browser media I'm playing in the top right, has volume control, shows performance and stuff like that

A little more controversially he killed Undertow in order to give Hydroid corrosive armour strip about 30 seconds before giving every frame in the game full armour strip via corrosion, which was approximately five minutes before he made full armour strip pointless anyway.

They're secondaries so they need even more forma, but also have access to tons of good arcanes. Enervate for damage, or Fortifier for invincibility.
She has a trashy 3 so has build diversity through helminth.
Thermal sunder is the "aoe star chart for fissures" build.
Null Stars is the "aoe before Gauss existed" build, which also gives DR.
Xata's Whisper for gun damage.

As a frame that has invincible summons, channeled abilities, and minimal need for defensive mods, you can build her lots of ways.

Additionally, many of the games "challenges" like MR tests are simply not built around being able to fly, and her movement is really fun.

Fixed low framerate affecting the efficacy of Damage Attenuation.
A combination of low frame rate and high fire rate/damage weapons was allowing enemies with Damage Attenuation (Archons, Kuva Liches, etc.) to be quickly one-shotted. Basically, low frame rates would extend the time it took for Damage Attenuation to kick-in and ramp up in relation to the damage per second being dealt. We found that this issue was present before the changes we made to Damage Attenuation in the Abyss of Dagath update, but it only really became apparent afterwards due to the increase in maximum damage per damage instance and damage per second. So we’ve fixed this unintended interaction by ensuring frame rate has no impact on Damage Attenuation. For reassurance, this fix has not changed anything about the current intended functions of Damage Attenuation.

This highlights how DE screwed up health. Inaros with a bunch of mods and 5 extra armor blue shards was still taking thousands of damage there. Conversely, if it wasn’t a oneshot he could heal super fast. And since he couldn’t take a oneshot he was immortal.
Health tanking is feared because of situations like above but at the same time unreliable as fuck because nearly any other frame would die if they took a blow while the shields were down. And so they rely on the much more convenient shield gating.
Tanking itself is all over the place. Either you are a moving fortress or you switch the playstyle for shield gating.
