From what little there is in English, she sounds like a Sengoku era warlord larper obsessed with tactics and becoming the shogun of umas. It seems like her character is more tongue in cheek but I hope it's like Opera, where it's a nice balance and not just played for laughs, either way, she has top tier design as far as I'm concerned, reminds me of Takeda Shingen, Suzuki Shigehide, Li Naomasa etc, very cool.
