That's the neat part, you don't need it. Do you want an experience like iOS or Android where all programs automatically update and work? Use flatpak. Want all programs to be standalone executables like windows? Use app image. Want to eat dog shit that never works and ruins the Linux experience? Use snap and then kill yourself.
