I'm getting stir crazy at home, should i propose to my navy unit to start paying me to work on dumb, janky, potentially against-policy semi-personal projects using some of the old junk we have in storage that doesnt seem to be accounted for anywhere and thus is "free" (as in beer, not as in speech)
