India also forbade unsupervised collection of data and thus when some internal documentation came out this year I and many others have revised our assessments of their mean national IQ down from 82 to 68.
This is speculative because the faggots refuse to give us the data but prior to 2008 China clusted with Vietnam on the PISA. Thus the mean iq of China is likely bet around 92 which is what Vietnam consistently reports, though like China they mostly same urban areas. In Vietnam's case it may be more a matter more of practicality then face however.
