Bro no one's out there claiming "luosong tang" was originally invented by anyone but the Russians
Even has "Russian" in its name
Funnily enough found a thumbnail calling it a variation of goulash, and another calling it a Taiwanese dish (or at least a dish that has a "Taiwanese style")
Doesn't seem to be much difference between the Shanghai, HK, or TW versions; wouldn't even be surprised if they just made the same dish and slapped on an adjective for kicks and funsies
