Lutheran three here. The Bible explicitly forbids homosexual relations and relations between man (meaning human, women don't get a pass) and beast. The issue here is that on Earth humans are the only creatures that have reached a civilization building level of intelligence, and we would have to ask ourselves if Equestrian mares are mere beasts. Taking into account the complex language, government, and architecture seen in the show I would say that Equestrian mares aren't beasts.
