MSPaint is better than GIMP for drawing

CSP lets you rebind keys and functions similarly to Photoshop. Paint Tool SAI has a unique binary brush that other programs are unable to mimic. Krita is the best free one, yeah. CSP is worth the money it costs simply because of plug-ins and its user friendly GUI. I used to draw solely in Magma, but I got CSP and things have been so much better.

I've been using Krita for almost a decade, I prefer its workflow over the antiquated photoshop. I like how brushes can all be used as erasers since no eraser tool, only eraser mode toggle, it turns your current brush into an eraser, brush effects included. You can have the classic way like other programs, its just hidden in the shortcuts menu as "toggle eraser preset", all that does is just swap brushes to one of the dedicated eraser brushes, but it works more like a brush quickswitch. Speaking of hidden, a lot of stuff in Krita is hidden by default.

It's a very good thing when we can see where the mind is getting lost, means we can pull it back reliably, gently.
Moving on, what you talked about is a very good example of agitation. It's just the mind not being still, going back and forth between multiple things.
The next time you approach meditation, get some rest before hand, try to limit the noise a little if possible, and enjoy yourself. It'll go smoother.
