Imo the K6s showed you can have almost a j frame with 6 shots of .357 if you bother, so the 6 shot .32 or .327 mag would be better as either actually just a 7 shot or a smaller 5 shot, with hot .32s or watered down .327

Only thing that helped me was Benzos and Sertraline + therapy unironically and a few AA meetings. Although getting a therapist took me like 17 months to get somebody on the NHS because I was skint - because of booze. Benzos will help with DT's if you get them and also the insane night sweats and anxiety you get.

Every time I walk past an off license (liquor store for mutts) I still get that urge to walk in and buy though - although nowhere close to as being bad at the beginning of getting sober; hard to explain - I get the urge, but I know I wont.

You just have to find out why you drink in the first place. Some people it's boredom, and others it's trauma, genetics and depression like myself. Most of my family were alcoholics and had a history of mental illness so I went from there and built my way out.

All of my uncles experienced the belt in school, were scolded, and raised strictly - grew up drug dealing with some being junkies. My brothers probably had it worse - my mum would force them to stand and then throw coat hangers at them until they bled several times after the smallest of things. I remember one time she did it and when my brother filled up the bath it was just all red. They are not well mentally now and are in and out of prison.

Me and my sister got it lucky. I don't know if its because attitude's changed, but we only got grounded and shit. We both graduated uni and doing pretty well financially. I believe I am somewhat autisitic and a loner which Is the only reason I come here.
My parents friends show the same evidence. The children that that were abused are fucked up and the ones that weren't are doing well. I'm not saying penalizing you child is wrong - but abuse just is not it.
