Anyone that spent did abuse it, plausible deniability goes out of the window when every chat and every PGR discussion place had people warning others to not spend them, and there were people talking about how they will "spend before they take it back", how they will "risk it", and also taking into consideration that it was removed in less than 30 minutes making it clear that it was a bug. Let me guess you are one of them aren't you?
