They range from okayish to outright bad. Often they don't explain some parts of mechanics at all, although they did get slightly better lately. Some are still terrible, like Selena's one.
Unfortunately, there's not much good english content for pgr on youtube. DO NOT trust spider2b, fury, or rexlent guides - they either have misinformation or severe skill issues.
Empress has short guides for most newer constructs, and they can mostly be trusted. For full team rotations, you'll have to just looks for specific videos.
Or you can ask /pgr/, but I wouldn't trust anyone here since Wanshi was too hard for /pgr/.

Yes, though its not that complicated, a lot of it boils down to press this button instead of this one you would normally in the same rotation to activate the affix, other than the actual main damage dealers, they kinda get a whole new rotation

Order is SSS Bianca - SS Sleener, Hanying class passive - SS Sleener, Hanying core passive.
Seems like there's not much point in swapping SS3+ Hanying to class passive with SS0 Sleener, she still contributes a lot of damage.
There also doesn't seem to be much point in doing glacio combo on Alisa without SSS Hanying, since you usually have time for regular phys core and ult anyways, it's more of a gimmic for -3 sec swap cd runs with SSS Hanying.

It's legend, so mobs are very tanky on wave 15+. Hero would likely have bigger difference.
Selena also has much more flexibility with her core than Bianca, who's basically fully linear with no options to adjust damage on later waves. I still have moderate skill issues with Selena, and I didn't particularly optimize the runs, I imagine you could push couple more waves if you actually optimize her concerto orbs.

First is SSS+ Jetavie with 5* weapon, no hypertunes, and unfinished 2 ult resos.
Second is SS0 fish with 6* and dlt. Fully hypertuned harmonized etc.

I honestly like how "whispery" CN sounds. The problem for me is that it's all it will be for me, a jumbled mess of whispers. With JP I can catch and distinguish words and even understand some of it.
