Can't Ukraine just use helicopters, gliders or fucking cessnas to airdrop troops into Russia's back line at this point? It's high risk, but the slowly-bleed-the-bear tactic basically relies on the idea that a rerun of the Somme is acceptable in the face of hostile invasion. While their fibre-optic drones are still a threat, I don't think they have manpads available anymore that can take down anything in the air anymore, so the Russian skyline is almost all-clear at night.
They've been able to sneak into Russia using drone-planes before. Why not send a few into the occupied territory to scout their AD in the area before making an airial push?
