You wouldn't want a 100% masonry house. Strategic use of masonry for exterior facades and interior accent walls looks great, but majority brick construction it has severe limitations (heating cooling & insulation, occupant comfort, material weight & ground pressure, moisture, ability to accommodate utilities, and its lateral load bearing ability sucks unless you go full medieval). Labor costs also fucking suck for 100% brick construction, and it severely limits your ability to renovate floorplans.
