If only. Chris the bong followed the "traditional" American worldview regarding computer game: "murder is good, sex is bad". There are cannibals. Lakes of blood after a group vs group battle. Limbs are being cut off and send to the lower orbit. But: there are no children. No brothels. No in-game marriage system (there is a modded Las Vegas though). Women can't get pregnant. No female NPC promises her body to male NPCs or male PCs in exchange for anything. Etc etc.

As for the bodily sliders - they can be changed via the "editor" folder in the game's files, in the steamapps\common\Kenshi\data\editor. And the tits in vanilla Kenshi are both small and bolted-on - you'll need mods (I recommend "idle stances") that touch the female "skeletons". And those mods can only give the bouncing effect to tits - the asses in Kenshi are all flat. And there is no "ass slider". One guy tried to add it manually - the game refused to adjust pants for such changed characters.

In short - "no" by the initial design.
