The only reason X is more effective than Zero (inb4 Zero's dash cancel glitch) is because the devs gave him the ultimate buster for free.

>fourth armor's cannon is obviously designed to charge four shots
>the charged shot sucks
>instead of fixing the fourth armor, devs just give you an alt cannon
>now the ultimate armor feels way less special since it's just the fourth armor with infinite giga attack
