The only possible people I can imagine would fit for a final boss would be the prosecutor, who tried everything to paint Meursault's character as evil incarnate or, depending on how they want to use his character, Reymond could have been some higher up wing agent using Meursault's friendship for his own means, instead of just being a sleazy pimp with dubious morals, or the Chaplin, but I feel way less strongly about this one.
