I suppose less than specific characters, I want to see artists that think out a scenario that works well with the character. Like, Lusamine here is exactly the type to flaunt herself over a city like this. Don't draw a more reserved character doing things like this.
That doesn't really answer your question directly though, Off the top of my head, I already posted Lusamine, I also want Lana, Futaba from p5, Aqua from konosuba, and every single redhead from Zelda. I'd also like to see more of the canon giantess from Nurse Hitomi's monster infirmary.
