since robot women will probably be rolling out soon i've been thinking about how you could implement adjustable height into them with telescoping limbs while still keeping things proportionate. looking at a breakdown of height by body part, 3.5 inches in the upper and lower leg, 4 inches in the torso and 1 in the neck give a foot's difference between fully extended/collapsed and spread out the growth so one area doesn't stand out. why not go bigger? keep in mind that long limbs have an extreme mechanical disadvantage from being long levers so she'll be weaker at full height, and shapes like the head and hands can't be enlarged by simply putting a hydraulic cylinder inside like an arm or leg, so if her height changes drastically while still having one size head and hands it will look bad. i think a one foot range is good, it means your robot girl could go from 5'8 to 6'8, which is gigantic by real life woman standards. her head will just have to be the size of a 6'2 girl's and hopefully +/- 6 inches doesn't make it look too big or small. of course if you want her built at one size that simplifies things but don't you want to see her grow?

This here is why I hate Minish Cap. It had a few females like Malon around but they didn't do anything with them. And worse the Minish have been deleted from the Zelda series and yes I know about Breath but again they got deleted. They are gone. When the man who invented them refuse to use them that's Game Over.

So disappointed. You could really do a lot with shrinking mechanics in Zelda game in regards to interacting with the females. What a waste.

I always wanted a Zone of the Enders game about the Jehuty pilot encountering a galaxy filled with giants of many types and they are the antagonists. Since they would be big they don't need mechs of their own. That alone would be a great premise.

I was also thinking of what if there was a Kingdom Hearts game where the main characters encounter a world where humans are oppressed by giants and the point is to rescue the humans? And what I would do for the combat mechanics is this, remember the Drop meter from Dream Drop Distance? You are capable of temporarily being giant yourself to fight the oppressors of mankind but once that meter runs out the world shrinks you down until you can refill your meter. Think of it as an entire where the gimmick is a combination of Dream Drop Distnace and Alice in Wonderland.

Some anchor points for weapons don't update well with scale and I'm too lazy to debug why. It's not too bad as long as you don't go beyond 2-3 times the normal size. Also there are some other minor bug reports I got, stamina recovers slower for some reason and some flat characters like Selene have minor model issues.
