You're very sweet to say anon but really i've lived my life with a lot of shame, I feel like "cringe" culture sort-of imprinted on me this puritanical side of myself that made me sort of resent this side of myself, but i'm trying to be more open about it lately and i feel like im gradually.. very slowly.... getting over shame. It's really hard tho and it still eats at me in a lot of ways.
