Just open config/modules/individualProgression.conf file in notepad, it has detailed description for all the possible options. There's not much, because most of the things should be already set out of the box, when you setup the server, which I assume this repack did, otherwise there's no point. Like these vanilla values, unless whoever did this repack changed some of them for some dumb reason.
