I don't just agree that it's underrated, ME1 combat is my favorite in the series lol. I haven't even played the new LE1 gameplay (it could be worse or better, don't even know).
Love the no-ammo weapons and their unique ability each. Love the crowd control biotics. Love the tech explosion and disruption abilities. Love that each squadmates has more than 2 fucking abilities. Love the armors/weapons/mods/ammotypes/attachments you can get, especially the OP as fuck endgame ones.
