It's clearly an American problem. Here in Switzerland, we even have chink shit boxes below our mailboxes. They're just open so that the mailman can put the chink shit in and you can take it out. Anyone could steal it but I have never heard it happen. I've had a mac mini sit in one of these for 2 days because I forgot to take it out.
