I was similar to you, lost 60 lbs in 2016, gained it back and never made a dent that big again until last year. I'm 30 now and I realized I spent my entire life fat, and these are the last few active years I have. There's plenty of time to be a lazy fatass 30 years from now, but I figured I shouldn't miss out on this last opportunity while it's still here.
