Oh, I'm fine, I've passed a bunch of those kind of interviews and failed others. I've also had to administer almost 100 of those kind of interviews myself after breaking in. It's all a learning experience. STEM is a brutal industry to break into though, people see the compensation and think it must be like winning the lottery. But the grind to get there is appalling. I'm done with corporate after covid. They actively hate their employees nowadays and are thinking up ever more creative ways to fire them without paying severance. The culture shift after covid towards STEM workers is enough to cause whiplash. Before covid, STEM was god's gift, after covid, tech companies cannot fire fast enough and STEM workers are dirt to management. It's bizarre and sad to see the industry go in the toilet.
