I didn't know that, and I don't trust it either. Speaking of, here's another claim from Al Nilsen about removing Madonna that I also do not trust at all whatsoever. I've started to think the entirety of Japanese video game history in the west needs to be rewritten while ignoring claims from non-Japanese sources because it mostly seems to be misinformation and made up nonsense. I don't hate the US, but I don't trust these 90s marketing people either. They seem to want credit for things they didn't do or accomplish
