Is swiss wine pretty good? Yeah. Can some of it go toe to toe with some of the better wines from north italy, savoie, etc? Yeah sure I guess.

Is it "some of the best in the world"? I mean sure yeah if you include like, South Africa and, uh, the Iraq, everywhere like such as.

I guess what I am trying to say here is I believe that they should... our winemaking over here in the US should help the US, uh, or, should help South Africa and should help the Iraq, and the Asian countries, so we will be able to build up our future, for our children.

But I digress. Just because belle glos tastes like ass does not mean I'm going to pay $65 for underripe pinot noir with a funny german-sounding nickname.
