A dude set up a grill in the parking lot right outside the con. He was giving away free Touhou themed burgers he made himself (there was a print of bkub Chen on the buns). He also gave away bottled baka-water, all for free, but only under the conditions he knew you were a Touhou fan. The venue (Torrance Cultural Arts Center) is connected to a bunch of other places after all, which is why the parking lot is so big.

It also needs to be said that the staff didn't shut this down because they wanted to be no fun allowed. They did it because they had to maintain health regulations. As someone who's overheard staff talking about this, no one wanted to do it, but they all knew they had to.

It also isn't the drama the first anon was asking about. That's a different thing entirely that I don't think anyone even really cares about. Chenpai burgers being shut down on the other hand barely raised commotion.
