Instead of starting by going to a priest or shaman, why not just try praying to Jesus directly, the one to whom all power and authority over such spirits was explicitly given? You said that you were atheistic/agnostic; you can be honest to him with your doubts, he won't mind. No harm in praying to him and asking him to help you and stop this harassment. It is better than trying to confront these unknown things alone and by guessing. Best of luck to you OP.
