charge may be damage only but its still a functional team.
tremor? They got Tcorp don gobbling up all the tremor count on enemies, a time pause gimmick that is more annoying than useful, a mainline damage combo that requires two egos simultaneously, budget charge in the form of self tremor that takes longer to wind up than charge, still somehow cant apply count for shit, they keep getting cucked by (reduce tremor count by X) on their burst for some fucking reason, and they still cant clash for shit.
oh and if the boss has little to no stagger bars tremor literally does nothing unless its converted to another type
