Normal, psychologically healthy people would be able to adapt to a magical sex change without much angst. It's less of a change than something like losing a limb or blindness and folks learn to work around problems like that. The kind of obsessive, persistent body dysmorphia associated with "trans" identification is a symptom of mental illness.
