Oh, you want more? In the first 2 weeks you'll lose up to 10% of your VO2max as plasma volume decreases. By 4 weeks you lose another 10% and your lactate threshold is nearly back to of you were completely untrained, your mitochondrial density will also be almost back to sedentary levels, and your resting and submaximal heart rates will be at untrained levels again.

Is not special and is not appropriate for really any kind of fucking athlete. About the only thing I'd use it for is P.E. students.
