I don't understand why people insist on arguing over whether Archie or IDW is better when it's pretty clear that IDW is a deformed copyright-distinct version of the post Super Genesis Wave stuff, which is itself a mutilated version of Archie Sonic that's emasculated by its inability to use and reinvent the crazy shit that made pre-SGW Archie interesting, which is what made Ian Flynn's run so interesting at first.
Who the fuck gives a shit about whether Sally or Tangle is better when they'd be both written as blubbering messes either way? At that point I'd rather take retarded shit like Titan Tails farting Chaos energy magic onto Mammoth Mogul's bare chest. It's bad, but at least it's memorable.
