Pretty good as far as I can tell.
My stomach issues force me to eat clean. Lots of veggies, fiber, beans, meats. I track it (mostly) and get all my macros.
I drink a LOT of green tea everyday. Just hot green tea, sometimes I add Cloves.
Sugars, sweeteners, and coffee make me feel sick.

If I wake up at 5, my commute can be ~25mins. It's pretty good imo

Yeah I do. I haven't had a day off besides weekends since New Years.
Still, this is more of a long-term thing.
>Do you exercise?
I need to do it more often. I get my steps in at the minimum.
I forced myself to do cardio for a few months (C25K, then cycling). My performance during exercise got better but I didn't feel any more energetic.
In fact I often found myself more drained than usual and would have to extend rest days.
