Tired
How do I recover from work exhaustion faster? I've reached a point where I walked up to a coworker and he just exclaimed
>Wow you're looking dead, anon!

It's especially bad right after I come home, or the weekends. I basically spend my whole day recovering.
I need more gas in the tank, and a bigger tank.

Hydration, nutrition, actual rest (phone is not rest.).
Consider getting a biochemistry test if youre this drained. Could be low on B12,.or D, or iron, or you could have a thyroid issue, or magnesium, or zinc... what Im trying to say is a lot could be wrong only a doctor can find with a routine checkup, so schedule that.

use concealer to hired the tired bags under your eyes and stimulants to help appear enthusiastic about your work. Doesn't have to be anything hardcore. For most people, caffeine or energy drinks are enough.

I used to be a manual laborer
Then I worked as a truck driver
Both of those were less stressful and strenuous than working in an office

I actually DID get a bloodworks+urine done, the results? Mostly fine
VitB was a bit high but nothing crazy (normal range according to some other standards)
VitD qas a bit low but nothing unusual. I already take VitD supps.
Thyroid came back fine...

That's the thing. I KNOW what the issue is. It's mental/emotional exhaustion.
I just don't know horlw to deal with it or what to do about it

I feel like that too except I've never worked for longer than 9 months
I just don't feel apt to wageslave for 30+ years, but I don't want to be a total leech off my mother either
I'm 24 but I don't have any sort of skill or vocation, I'm considering NEETing until my mom no longer allows it and then ending myself. I don't want her to feel pain but there's no job that doesn't make me feel tired and miserable

What's your diet like? Do you have to travel far for work? Maybe you need a break from work? Do you exercise? See a therapist?

>What's your diet like?
Pretty good as far as I can tell.
My stomach issues force me to eat clean. Lots of veggies, fiber, beans, meats. I track it (mostly) and get all my macros.
I drink a LOT of green tea everyday. Just hot green tea, sometimes I add Cloves.
Sugars, sweeteners, and coffee make me feel sick.

>Do you have to travel far for work?
If I wake up at 5, my commute can be ~25mins. It's pretty good imo

>Maybe you need a break from work?
Yeah I do. I haven't had a day off besides weekends since New Years.
Still, this is more of a long-term thing.

>Do you exercise?
I need to do it more often. I get my steps in at the minimum.
I forced myself to do cardio for a few months (C25K, then cycling). My performance during exercise got better but I didn't feel any more energetic.
In fact I often found myself more drained than usual and would have to extend rest days.

>See a therapist?
Nah

Try to get rest whenever you can. Drinking water, dieting with healthy foods, all can help to an extent.

I'm repeating what others have said already, but it's true and it does help.

I started a new job 3 months ago that I have no experience with thats overwhelming and tiring, and the above has helped me coped with it.
