Had a concept of Rey in the IDWverse, He'd combine Fiona and Mighty's origins from Archie (Freak of nature who was imprisoned by Eggman, does petty crimes like stealing food to get by) and finds a potential family in Surge and Kit. He's loyal to Surge the same way Jacapo is to Edmund in the count of monte cristo: He'll always have her back but isn't afraid to push back either. He'd also be one of the few people genuinely concerned about Kit which is tragic considering what Kit is doing currently in the comic..

Just need to update his outfit a little so he fits better, maybe add some studs to his gloves and boots?
